Free Fax2Email
Fax2Email is a fax solution offering 086 numbers only, these fax numbers are FREE (Receiving incoming faxes).

The Fax2Email Solution is a state of the art fax over IP service offered by DiaMatrix for free to the public. An electronic faxing solution is far more cost efficient, less time consuming, and significantly more secure than traditional faxing methods.

Fax2Email Features:
  • Receive Faxes as Email with own unique fax number (086)
  • IS FAX special design will accommodate Call and Customer care centres with ease, the facility can process huge volumes of incoming faxes to a specific email address and separate individual outgoing email to fax facilities for the agents manning the call centre.
  • The 086 numbers are not “area code” bound and thus are applicable country wide.
  • Number(s) will remain unchanged even when a company move premises.
  • Almost Immediate connection and activation as no software or hardware is required resulting in no lead time for the installation of equipment
  • Received faxes can be directed to any email address worldwide.
  • Eliminates the media cost of incoming faxes (savings on paper and printing costs) as well as the labour cost of fax distribution.

Terms and Conditions:

Suspension of numbers :
  • Un-used numbers for a period of 120 days will be suspended
  • Suspended numbers will remain suspended for a period of 90 (ninety) days (Unless used within period)
  • After 90 (ninety) days of suspension they will be flagged as deleted and remain in a deleted state for a further 30 (thirty) days
  • After 30 (thirty) days of deleted state, they will be purged and re-issued.
Deleted numbers :
  • Deleted numbers will be purged after 30 (thirty) days.
