DiaMatrix Resellers Disclaimer

DiaMatrix creates resellers and / or forms strategic alliances with companies and / or private individuals (“the resellers”) in order for these resellers to sell DiaMatrix products and/or services to end users. The resellers are not agents of Diamatrix and have no authority to bind Diamatrix to any agreement/s.

DiaMatrix at no time guarantees or warrants any representations that the reseller may make to end users, nor will DiaMatrix be liable to the end user or any third party for any claims arising from or in connection with such third party representations and/or warranties in the use of DiaMatrix products and/or services.

All resellers shall be bound by DiaMatrix’s standard terms and conditions and all disclaimers are applicable to the resellers.
